Tom & Eini's Christmas email

We wish you a beautiful Christmas. We are celebrating tonight with Helen's family. Miss being with you. Eini. Here is Tom to write our Christmas card since we did not have a chance to get them out.

Hi all, We had Eini's brother show up here yesterday. He had returned to Canada to get his papers renewed and jumped on the bus and spent 36 hrs in Holiday traffic coming down here from Vancouver. He will be with his main land family for Christmas.

I am still playing around in Big Sur. We put a culvert in across the creek and have a road that takes us to the top of our property. I have spent a lot of time working on the road with my little dozer. The house in Big Sur is established. Granite counter, cook top, sink, shower, toilet and loft to sleep in.

I talked with Richard a few days ago and all seems well with him and family. He is learning to ride horses. He did not tell me if he had any planes for western movies in the future. Maybe we could use some lip stick and play the part of Indians as we did as kids.

Talked with Michael this week and he is enjoying his new job. He got hired as a programmer for a company that does the computer soft ware for smaller size companies. He has the one class left on his masters in IT. He is enjoying Australia.

Deborah is at the moment in South Carolina with her mother. Susie is working part time in the library in her small community. Deborah has learned a lot about car sales and she and John are doing very well in their business. I finally got a cell phone. Deborah and I talk on the phone a lot. We are both with AT&T so its a free b. Phone number is 831 905 4784.

Eini has new hours at work. She starts at six am and works till 2:30pm. She is enjoying these hours, but we go to bed earlier and get up earlier. The traffic for her, at that time in the morning, is much better and she can take a shorter route to work. I am still going to the YMCA in the morning. They are adding a gym at the Y so maybe I will get a chance to shoot a few baskets in the near future.

God is still my source and He is still talking with me about a future and a hope.

Hope you all have a blessed Christmas and Happy New Year.

Love Tom
