Hi All,

I am still trying to figure out this Blog. Eini's car was totaled in the parking lot of work. She was not in it. Lady put foot on gas thinking it was the brake.

We are the proud owners of a new to us PT Cruiser. Of course, it is the woody version.

We purchased it through Deborah and John. Got it wholesale with 49 thousand miles on it. Eini is enjoying the sporty ride back and forth to work.

We now have 10 thousand miles on our motorcycle. It just got its 10 K tune up. I have used my leather tooling experience from Montrose to make saddle bags for it. I also added a tool bag just below the front head light. I designed stainless steel backets for the back to hold traveling needs. The cross members on the back are made of California walnut and juniper. I have also made some highway pegs out of oak and walnut. These are used to strech out when traveling down the road.

We used the motorcycle to go to Reno to "Street vibrations" last year and had a great time with John and Deborah and the group they ride with.

I put 25 hundred miles on the motorcycle last summer in Montrose. Great way to get used to riding again. The traffic there is not as bad as it is here in California. Of course, I rode to Ouary every Sunday to take a swim. I took the back roads North, South, East and West. Had a great time.

Richard has not said on the Blog that he got his ham radio lic again. Congratulations Richard.
